How to Book Facilities

Before completing your form, please be sure to read our Information page and our FAQ page to ensure a smoother booking process.

If you have not heard from us within 48 business hours, check your Spam folder for our reply and/or add our rental email VGCChallrentals@gmail.com to your contacts.

Note that you have a limited time to place your deposit to hold a booking once we send the contract; it is important that you check your mail as we will move on to the next booking request. We have no control over whether your email provider sorts our reply as spam because it’s coming from a business and has an attachment. You must check.
